Wasn't sure where else to report this, but I have the GOG version (most recent patch), and when I cleared the Chapter II Prologue with max points, the game locks up on a black screen instead of showing the intended bonus screen. Seems consistent on my end, I can't tell you much more than that!
A few other people at GOG have also mentioned the error, the ending doesn't seem to matter like I originally thought:
fun fact, the program the devs used to get the voice synthisizing (for most of the game) was this forgotten real program that was called S.A.M Software Automatic Mouth (sam as mascot name/acronym) that released on, you guessed it, 8-bit apple 1+2 systems, as well as atari computers the platform this game is trying to emulate game types from as said by the description on the game page.

any chance i could get some of the demon's sprites to use as inspiration for a project i am working on of a similar style? i frikken love the design and atari style of everything in these games, a few pixels can go a long ways :)
Props to the dev for seeing our comments and fixing the download issue. Even basic integrity is so rare in the industry today, its good to see this resolved, and so quickly
Well worth the wait. You really ramped up the puzzles and gameplay with Chapter 3! My fave addition to the settings is the Apple II green color skin btw. Nicely done.
P.S. After reading the other comments below, I hope the itch.io situation can get sorted out? Cheers!
